Heroes Con Sketch
I came across this on the web earlier and thought I would share it with you guys. This was a commission I did a the Heroes Convention this year. I often forget to take pictures of the commission pieces that I do at cons, and by often I mean always. But I was lucky enough to come across this one on the Comic Art Fans website because the guy I did this for was cool enough to post it.
I really like the idea he has going with his sketches. He will pick a character (such as in this case Catlin Fairchild of Gen 13 fame) and have that character depicted in the style of a movie poster; really creative and really fun to work from that idea. As you can tell I decided to go with a Kill Bill theme and he really liked the piece a lot, either that or he is a filthy liar.
